How long does production take?
Standard orders ship in 10–14 working days from approval. Urgent orders can be fast-tracked to 5–7 days depending on quantity. Samples are typically ready within 48 hours of brief sign-off.
Do you embroider logos, names and monograms?
Yes — every order is custom. We offer logo and monogram embroidery, staff name & role embroidery, woven inside-neck labels and trim detailing. Thread colours are matched to your brand and bonded to survive regular laundry.
Do you supply spa robes, slippers and treatment linen?
Yes. Alongside staff uniforms we supply waffle and velour kimono robes, guest slippers and treatment-room linen — branded to match your uniforms for a coordinated, five-star look.
