What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 25 pieces per design for custom-stitched uniforms. For ready-made stock with branding only, we can supply as few as 10 pieces. Larger orders unlock better pricing.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders ship in 10 — 15 working days from approval of mockup. Ready-stock with branding usually goes out in 3 — 5 days. Rush production is available — ask your sales rep.
Do you provide free design mockups?
Yes — once we understand your requirements, our design team prepares a digital mockup showing fabric, colour and logo placement within 24 hours, free of charge, even if you don't proceed.
Can I get a fabric sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We send free fabric swatches by courier anywhere in the UAE, and physical sample garments can be produced against a refundable sample fee that's adjusted into your final invoice.
What payment terms do you offer?
For new clients we work on 50% advance & 50% on delivery. For repeat corporate customers we offer 30-day credit terms after the first order. We accept bank transfers, cheques and online card payments.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes — we deliver to all seven emirates. Local Dubai delivery is free above AED 1,500, and other emirates are charged at courier cost. International shipping is available for selected GCC countries.
