Industrial multi-head machine embroidery for corporate logos, employee names and brand badges. We run Tajima and Barudan 12-needle heads with Madeira Polyneon and Robison-Anton Rayon threads, engineered to survive 100+ industrial wash cycles in the UAE climate. From a single sample for an Abu Dhabi boutique hotel to a 10,000-piece roll-out for a Jebel Ali logistics fleet, the same workshop, the same QC bench.
From a Burj Khalifa-view hotel's chef coats to a desert oil-field's hi-vis coveralls, we tailor placement, stitch density and thread choice to the garment, not the other way round.

Most embroidery pages in this market sell adjectives. Below is the part that decides whether your order survives 100 washes and lands on budget, written by the people who run the machines.
Custom embroidery services span far more than a chest logo. On a single order we run flat embroidery for corporate logos and lettering, 3D puff embroidery for caps and jackets, appliqué for large crests and jersey numbers, chenille for premium letterman work, sequin and metallic thread for retail and luxury monograms, and tonal stitching for high-end concierge teams. Uniform embroidery also covers employee names, department titles, SAP IDs on coveralls, and badge or patch work sewn onto scrubs, chef coats and hi-vis. If you are branding a fleet, the useful question is not "do you do embroidery" but "can you hold the same stitch file across every reorder for two years". That is the difference between a decorator and a real uniform embroidery services partner.
Commercial embroidery is costed per 1,000 stitches, not per square centimetre of logo. A standard left-chest corporate logo runs roughly 6,000 to 10,000 stitches, a cap front sits lower, and a full back design can pass 20,000. That is why two logos the same physical size can quote very differently: a clean geometric mark stitches fast, while a dense photographic fill eats thread and machine time. Logo embroidery is priced on the file, and the digitising is a separate one-time fee that reuses on every future run at no re-charge. When a supplier quotes a flat "per logo" price with no stitch count, you cannot audit it and you usually meet an overage charge later. Ask for the stitch count before you raise the LPO. Our per-piece tiers above already fold the run cost in, and the digitising fee disappears past 50 pieces.
Embroidery digitising, spelled embroidery digitizing in most searches, is the single biggest quality variable and the one nobody explains. Digitising is not auto-tracing your PNG. A real digitiser sets the underlay that anchors the design to the fabric, adds pull compensation so letters do not thin out after stitching, chooses satin stitch for columns above roughly 1 mm and tatami fill below that, and sequences colours to minimise thread breaks. Cheap auto-digitised files, the five-dollar overnight kind, skip all of that: they pucker knits, snap needles on thick fabric, and distort small text. You then pay a second supplier to rebuild the file, plus the ruined garments. Every UC Uniform order includes an in-house digitised file delivered as DST and EMB, a physical sew-out on your actual garment before the bulk run, and the file handed to you so you own it.
Puckering around a chest logo is almost always a backing and density failure, not a thread failure. Stretch knits like a piqué polo or a ringspun cotton tee need cut-away backing that stays under the stitches permanently. A woven shirt or twill workwear takes tear-away. Terry towels and bathrobes need water-soluble topping so the loops do not swallow the design. Stitch density is then tuned to the fabric, lighter on a thin performance polo, heavier on drill and hi-vis twill, so the needle never over-packs a lightweight knit. Embroidery on uniforms lives or dies on this match. It is also why we do not embroider dense fills onto sub-5oz cotton without warning you, and why a tubular hoop is used on polos and t-shirts so the back of the garment is never stitched through.
Hospitality and healthcare uniforms do not go through a domestic 40 degree cycle. Hotel and hospital laundries run industrial washing at 75 to 85 degrees Celsius in alkaline detergent, five or more times a week. Rayon and metallic threads look beautiful and shred under that. We specify polyester embroidery thread, Madeira Polyneon and Isacord, for any garment headed to industrial laundry, colour-fast to ISO 105-C06 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. That single choice is why our embroidery on chef coats, scrubs and lab coats holds colour past 100 wash cycles while a cheaper rayon logo goes grey by month three. For retail, events and executive wear that see gentle washing, rayon and metallic are back on the table. Matching thread to the wash is the decision competitors never mention.
Cap embroidery is not flat embroidery on a curved surface. It is digitised bottom-up and centre-out, run on dedicated cap frames that hold the curved crown flat under the needle, because a flat file stitched onto a cap distorts at the seams. 3D puff embroidery adds a foam underlay that the thread wraps and then tears away, which forces a simpler path: bold letters and solid shapes work, fine serifs and small text do not. If your logo has thin detail, we will tell you where puff will fail and offer flat or a hybrid instead. We run curved-front, flat-bill, 5-panel and bucket styles, plus side hits and back-closure branding, so a single cap order can carry three placements without three separate setups.
An honest embroidery supplier will sometimes talk you out of embroidery. Stitching wins on durability, texture and a premium feel, and on small runs it often beats screen printing because there is no per-colour screen charge. It is the wrong tool for large photographic artwork, gradients, very fine detail, or lightweight performance fabric where dense stitching puckers. For those, DTF or screen printing on our workwear printing line is cheaper and cleaner. Plenty of uniform programmes mix both: an embroidered chest logo for the premium mark, a printed back or sleeve for a large campaign graphic. We quote whichever method actually serves the garment, not whichever one we would rather sell.
To get corporate embroidery right the first time, send vector artwork if you have it, the exact Pantone references for your brand colours, the garment and fabric, the placement, and the total quantity per size. We respond with a fixed quote, a digitised stitch file, and a sew-out sample on your real garment before anything runs at volume. Two things protect you long term. First, keep the digitised DST and EMB file, which we hand over, so any future reorder matches batch one exactly and you are never locked to one workshop. Second, agree the thread class up front against the wash the uniform will face. Do that and uniform embroidery services stop being a gamble on every reorder and become a spec you can hand to procurement and forget.
Specs, pricing, turnaround and the practical stuff UAE procurement teams ask before raising an LPO.
