Corporate Uniforms for Men and Office Uniforms for Women

Most office uniform suppliers scale one pattern up and down and call it a men's and women's range. We grade separate blocks, then match them on fabric, colour and logo placement so a mixed team still reads as one program.

Corporate Uniforms for Men

XS to 4XL · regular and tall

Shoulder width and sleeve pitch decide whether a blazer looks tailored or borrowed, so those are the two measurements we grade hardest. Collar choice follows the role rather than fashion: a semi-spread holds shape under a lanyard on client-facing staff, a point collar reads more formal at executive level.

Office Uniforms for Women

UK 6 to 24 · petite and tall

The usual failure in a women's rollout is not fabric or colour. It is ordering one silhouette for everyone, then paying twice for the garments that never get worn. We build choice into the tier: two blazer shapes, two skirt cuts, trousers, and a modest option carrying the same brand references.

  • Tailored blazers and longline cardigan-blazers
  • Blouses in cap, three-quarter and full sleeve
  • Pencil skirts, A-line skirts and tailored trousers
  • Elongated modest tunics and hijab-friendly cuts

Modest office wear and Emirati national dress, designed into the program rather than added afterwards

One brand book, five silhouette options: Western tailored, modest without hijab, hijab-friendly, branded abaya with sheyla, and kandura for male Emirati staff. Every option is matched to the same Pantone references and the same logo placement, so the wardrobe photographs as one team rather than as separate dress codes. This is the part most programs improvise after the fabric has already been ordered, and it is the part that decides whether staff actually wear what you bought.

Wardrobe hierarchy

One Corporate Uniform Program, Five Role Tiers

A receptionist and a managing director should look like they work at the same company, but not like the same person. Staff accept a difference tied to a client-facing function far more readily than one tied to seniority, so we build the ladder around role rather than grade.

Eight Pieces, More Than Thirty Combinations

Three shirts to one blazer is the ratio that survives a working week against a weekly laundry cycle. Two shirts looks cheaper on the first invoice and produces replacement orders inside four months. Scale to twelve or sixteen pieces for senior tiers. Because we are a corporate uniform manufacturer we cut the whole capsule from one fabric lot, so the pieces match each other and not just the brand book.

Fabrics we tailor with

Office Uniform Fabrics Chosen for Heat and Weekly Laundry

As a corporate uniform manufacturer we buy cloth by the roll, which means we can tell you the blend, the GSM and the wash rating before you commit. Office wear here has to do two things European mills rarely design for: hold a crease in 45°C, and survive five wash cycles a week for a year.

Polyviscose 65/35

Everyday tier · 220 to 260 GSM

The workhorse blend. Sanforized anti-wrinkle finish, breathable enough for a twelve-hour shift, and it holds Pantone dye through more than eighty wash cycles. Standard fabric for admin, officer and reception tiers.

  • Anti-wrinkle
  • Sanforized
  • 80+ washes
  • Breathable

Trevira CS

Mid tier · 240 to 280 GSM

Inherently flame-retardant polyester with the hand-feel of wool. Ideal for senior-management blazers because it looks structured while weighing considerably less than wool, which matters when staff move between air conditioning and outdoors all day.

  • Wool hand-feel
  • Inherently FR
  • Lightweight
  • Crease retention

Wool 120s and 130s

Executive tier · 260 to 320 GSM

Premium Italian-mill wool with hand-canvas construction. Reserved for the C-suite, senior management and brand-ambassador roles where the garment is doing reputational work as much as functional work.

  • Italian mill
  • Hand canvas
  • Super 120s
  • Silk lining

Egyptian Cotton 80s and 100s

Shirts and blouses · 120 to 140 GSM

Two-ply broadcloth, twill and pinpoint oxford woven from Giza cotton. Peach-finish for a softer hand against skin, with a non-iron compound finish so staff are not fighting a steam iron before a 7am meeting.

  • Giza cotton
  • Two-ply
  • Non-iron
  • Peach finish

Tencel and Cotton Blends

Modest blouses and tunics · 140 to 170 GSM

Lenzing Tencel woven with combed cotton. It drapes rather than boxes, which is exactly what a longer modest cut needs, and it breathes through humidity far better than a pure polyester equivalent.

  • Lenzing Tencel
  • Drape
  • Breathable
  • Modest cuts

Silver-Ion Antibacterial Finish

Heavy-shift option · any base fabric

A silver-ion treatment applied to the base cloth that slows odour-causing bacteria and lasts beyond fifty washes. Worth specifying for twelve-hour concierge shifts, counter staff and any role with long enclosed exposure.

  • Silver ion
  • Odour control
  • 50+ washes

How it works

How a Corporate Uniform Program Runs, Step by Step

A typical program takes four to six weeks from brand workshop to first-batch delivery. After that the onboarding cycle runs continuously.

  1. 1

    Brand Workshop

We sit with your HR and brand team, take the Pantone references from your brand book, and agree fabric weight, silhouette and tier logic before anything is drawn.

  2. 2

    Tier and Silhouette Design

The five-tier ladder is mocked up, with the modest and national-dress options designed alongside the tailored range rather than bolted on later.

  3. 3

    Fit Samples

Sample-size sets go to five to ten staff per role for a real fitting in your office. Nothing is cut in bulk until HR signs off the fit sheet.

  4. 4

    Production and Branding

Cutting, tailoring, logo embroidery and bilingual labelling all run on our own floor in Ajman, with checks at pre-cut, post-stitch and pre-dispatch.

  5. 5

    Rollout Delivery

Garments are pre-packed by employee name and delivered to your HR or facilities team, so distribution is a handover rather than a sorting exercise.

  6. 6

    Onboarding and Replenishment

We hold buffer stock against your headcount. New hires get a full kit by their first day, and we run an annual replenishment cycle so the program never drifts.

Why our office wear holds up

Sharp on Monday Morning, Sharp on Friday Afternoon

An office uniform is worn about 250 days a year, washed weekly and sat in for ten hours at a time. It fails in three predictable ways, and all three are decided before the garment is cut.

  • Sanforized anti-wrinkle finishHolds the crease through more than eighty wash cycles instead of dropping in month three.
  • Pantone colour lockBrand colours stay true through fifty industrial washes. We hold ISO 105-C06 grade 4/5 minimum.
  • Reinforced stress pointsBar-tacked pocket corners, double-stitched waistbands and a reinforced collar band, because collars and cuffs fray long before the body does.
  • Recorded fabric lot and thread codesA replacement blazer ordered eighteen months later still matches the original batch.
  • Re-fit at our costAny garment that fits wrong on first issue is re-tailored by us within fourteen days.
Program tiers

Corporate Uniform Pricing by Program Size

Indicative figures. The exact quote moves with fabric tier, how much of the program is made to measure, and branding complexity. Because we are an office uniform manufacturer rather than an importer, there is no reseller margin sitting inside the number you see.

Tailor Visits and Uniform Delivery Across Every Emirate

Our tailor comes to your office for executive fittings, and bulk programs deliver next working day into Dubai and Sharjah, free across the northern emirates, and inside 24 to 48 hours to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. If you are looking for an office uniform supplier close enough to fix a sizing problem in the same week rather than the same quarter, that proximity is the whole point.

Why UC Uniform

Why Companies Choose Us as Their Corporate Uniform Supplier

01

One brand book, five silhouettes

Western tailored, modest without hijab, hijab-friendly, branded abaya and kandura, all matched to the same Pantone references. Most vendors offer one silhouette and hope it covers everyone. It does not, and the gap shows up in the garments nobody wears.

02

We are a corporate uniform manufacturer, not an importer

Tailoring, logo embroidery and printing all happen under one roof in Ajman. That is why we can give you a real lead time, hold your fabric lot on file, and fix a fit problem in the same week rather than the next shipping cycle.

03

Built for HR operations, not one-off orders

Onboarding packs ready by a new hire's first day, garments pre-packed by employee name, buffer stock against your headcount, bilingual labels and an annual replenishment cycle. We work like a back office rather than a tailor's shop.

What HR and Brand Teams Say

"We needed a program that covered hijab, non-hijab and kandura for our Emirati relationship managers, and it all had to look like one bank. They did it, and the Pantone match on the branded scarves is exact."

Hessa A.Head of HR Operations, Bank
"Their tailor came to our office twice for fittings with our partners. The suits are on par with what I used to travel for. The wider team program then scaled to 340 staff without a hiccup."

Everything HR Teams Ask Before Signing a Uniform Program

Corporate Uniform Supplier and Office Uniform Manufacturer for Business Teams

UC Uniform designs, tailors and supplies corporate and office uniforms for men and women from our own facility in Ajman. Blazers, executive shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, waistcoats, modest tunics, branded abayas, kandura and accessories, all cut from the same brand book so a reception desk and a boardroom read as one company. Below are the questions HR, brand and procurement teams ask us before a program is signed.

Corporate Uniform Manufacturer or Trading Company: What Actually Changes

Most companies selling office wear here hold a catalogue and place your order with a factory somewhere else. That model survives until the second batch, when the shade drifts, a size runs short, or a leaver replacement arrives in a slightly different blue.

Because we cut and stitch in house, we hold your fabric lot, thread codes and Pantone references on file. Batch five matches batch one. A new-hire blazer ordered eighteen months after the rollout still sits next to the original without anyone noticing the difference. On a corporate program, where garments are worn side by side under the same lobby lighting every day, that consistency is the whole job.

Corporate Uniforms for Men: What the Wardrobe Usually Contains

A standard men's office uniform runs to a blazer, two to three shirts, two trousers and a branded tie. Fit matters more than fabric price at this tier. Shoulder width and sleeve pitch are what make an off-the-peg blazer look borrowed, so we grade separate blocks rather than scaling one pattern up and down.

For collars we default to a spread or semi-spread on client-facing roles because it holds shape under a lanyard, and a point collar for executive tiers. Barrel cuffs for daily wear, French cuffs where the brand wants a formal register. Trousers are cut with a hidden stretch waistband on desk-heavy roles, which is the single most requested change we get after a first rollout.

Corporate Uniforms for Women: Fit, Coverage and Choice

The most common complaint in a women's office uniform rollout is not colour or fabric. It is that one silhouette was ordered for everyone. A tailored blazer and pencil skirt works for some staff and is unwearable for others, and the garments that do not get worn are the ones you paid for twice.

We build a women's program with options inside one look: tailored blazer or longline cardigan-blazer, blouse or elongated tunic, trousers, A-line skirt or pencil skirt, three-quarter or full sleeve. Sizing runs UK 6 to 24 with petite and tall grading. Every option carries the same Pantone reference and the same logo placement, so choice never costs you brand consistency.

Modest Office Wear and Emirati National Dress

This is where most uniform programs quietly fail. A brand book gets written around one Western silhouette, and then HR has to improvise for hijab-wearing staff, for Emirati national hires, and for anyone who wants more coverage than the sample provided.

We design the modest options at the same time as the rest, not after. Elongated tunics that clear the hip, full and three-quarter sleeves, layered cardigan-blazers, branded hijabs and pashminas in the exact brand colour, corporate abayas with an embroidered crest, and kandura for male Emirati staff in Egyptian cotton. All of it matched to the same Pantone references as the tailored range, so the team photographs as one team.

How Much Do Corporate Uniforms Cost?

Office uniform pricing moves on five variables: fabric tier, garment complexity, quantity, branding specification and how much of the program is made to measure. A polyviscose shirt and trouser set sits at the affordable end. A half-canvas blazer in Trevira CS costs more. A hand-canvassed Italian wool suit for the C-suite sits at the premium end.

The number most buyers get wrong is sets per employee. Three shirts to one blazer is the ratio that actually survives a working week with a weekly laundry cycle. Two shirts looks cheaper on the first invoice and generates replacement orders within four months. We quote line by line so your finance team can see exactly where the money sits and adjust the specification rather than the quality.

Fabric, Wash Cycles and Why Office Uniforms Wear Out

An office uniform is worn roughly 250 days a year and washed weekly. It fails in three predictable ways: the colour shifts, the crease drops, or the collar and cuffs fray before the body of the garment does.

Colour is handled by dye quality and finish. We hold a minimum grade 4/5 on ISO 105-C06 colour fastness, so a corporate blue is still that blue after fifty industrial washes. Crease retention comes from fabric construction and a Sanforized anti-wrinkle finish. Fraying is a stitching problem, which is why we bar-tack pocket corners, double-stitch waistbands and use a reinforced collar band on shirts. None of this is visible in a photograph, which is exactly why it gets cut from cheaper quotes.

Writing a Dress Code Policy That Staff Actually Follow

Three practical rules from programs we have run. First, define the tiers by role rather than by grade, because staff accept a difference tied to a client-facing function far more readily than one tied to seniority. Second, publish what is provided and what is expected, including shoes, which is the item that quietly breaks visual consistency in every lobby. Third, give people a choice inside the tier. A program with three approved combinations gets worn. A program with one gets argued about.

We supply a written tier sheet with every program, with garment codes, size charts and reorder instructions, so HR is not fielding the same question forty times during onboarding.

Working With an Office Uniform Manufacturer Near Your Business

Distance matters on corporate programs more than people expect, because the work does not end at the first delivery. New hires join, staff change size, a leaver returns a kit, a department expands. When your office uniform supplier is a trader importing from overseas, every one of those is a six-week problem.

We manufacture in Ajman and deliver next working day into Dubai and Sharjah, free across the northern emirates, and inside 24 to 48 hours to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Our tailor comes to your office for executive fittings. You are also welcome to visit the floor, handle the cloth and check the stitching before committing. Send your brand book and we will come back the same working day.

HR and procurement FAQ

Questions HR Teams Ask Before Signing the Program

Do you supply corporate uniforms for both men and women?

Yes, and we grade separate blocks rather than scaling one pattern up and down. Men's sizing runs XS to 4XL with regular and tall fittings. Women's sizing runs UK 6 to 24 with petite and tall grading.

Every garment in the women's range has a men's counterpart in the same fabric, colour and logo placement, so a mixed team still reads as one program rather than two.

Do you provide hijab-friendly and modest corporate uniforms?

Yes. The modest range is designed at the same time as the tailored range, not added afterwards:

  • Elongated tunics that clear the hip
  • Blouses in three-quarter and full sleeve
  • Longline cardigan-blazers as an alternative to a tailored jacket
  • Branded hijabs and pashminas in Pantone-matched chiffon, jersey or silk
  • Corporate abayas with an embroidered company crest
Can you supply kandura, abaya and sheyla for Emirati staff?

Yes. We manufacture kandura in Egyptian cotton 80s and 100s tailored per employee, branded abayas in matte or shine finish with an embroidered crest, and matching sheylas. Logo embroidery sits discreetly on the chest pocket or the ghutra band, to your brand specification.

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate uniforms?
  • Made-to-measure executive tailoring from 1 piece
  • Capsule wardrobe styles from 12 pieces per style
  • Standard tailored garments from 25 pieces per design
  • Full company rollout, we recommend 50 or more per role, because that is where fabric and trim costs become efficient
How many uniform sets should we order per employee?

Three shirts to one blazer is the ratio that survives a working week against a weekly laundry cycle. Two shirts looks cheaper on the first invoice and produces replacement orders inside four months.

For trousers and skirts, two per employee is standard and three is right for client-facing roles.

Do you match our brand Pantone colours exactly?

Yes. We work to Pantone Coated, Uncoated and TPX references. For critical brand colours we order custom-dyed fabric to your specific reference, which takes 4 to 6 weeks for the dye lot. After that we hold buffer stock for the life of the program, so reorders match rather than drift.

Which fabrics do you use for office wear in hot climates?
  • Polyviscose 65/35, 220 to 260 GSM, Sanforized anti-wrinkle, the everyday tier
  • Trevira CS, 240 to 280 GSM, wool hand-feel without wool weight
  • Wool 120s and 130s, 260 to 320 GSM, executive tier
  • Egyptian cotton 80s and 100s, 120 to 140 GSM, shirts and blouses
  • Tencel and cotton, 140 to 170 GSM, modest blouses and tunics
  • Silver-ion antibacterial finish, for long customer-facing shifts
Do you provide bilingual Arabic and English name badges?

Yes, as standard. Every garment ships with a bilingual woven label carrying the employee name and role, plus a magnetic or pin-on nameplate for client-facing staff. We can also embroider a preferred name directly onto blazers, shirts or abayas.

Can you set up onboarding packs for new hires?

Yes. Tell us the role and size and we deliver a packed kit, typically a blazer, two shirts, two trousers, tie or scarf and name tag, to your office within 5 working days, ready for the employee's first day. We hold buffer stock per program, so this scales from a single hire to fifty a month.

How long does a corporate uniform program take from start to delivery?
  • Full program, 4 to 6 weeks from brand workshop to first-batch delivery
  • Standard tailored garments, 10 to 15 working days from sample approval
  • Custom-dyed Pantone fabric, add 4 to 6 weeks for the dye lot
  • Onboarding packs from held stock, 5 working days
