1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the website ucuniform.com or placing an order with UC Uniform (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who interacts with UC Uniform.

2. Orders & quotes

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after we receive a signed approval and the agreed advance payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Sample approvals must be provided in writing (email or WhatsApp) before production begins.
• Any change requests after production has started may result in additional charges or revised timelines.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices listed on our website and quotes are in AED and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, and approved card payments.

Payment terms

• 50% advance on confirmation of order
• 50% balance on delivery, or as per agreed credit terms
• Late payments may incur additional charges or production holds
• All bank charges and transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility

4. Production & lead times

Standard production lead times range from 7–14 working days depending on quantity, fabric availability, and branding complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated based on capacity and may incur additional charges.

Lead times begin from the date of order confirmation, advance payment receipt, and sample/artwork approval — whichever is later. Delays caused by customer-side feedback or approvals will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE.
• Delivery charges depend on quantity, location, and urgency.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect goods on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
• International shipping is available on request — pricing and timelines provided case-by-case.

6. Returns & refunds

As all our uniforms are custom manufactured (stitched to your specifications, sizes, and branding), they are not eligible for return or refund unless they are:

• Defective due to a manufacturing fault
• Different from the approved sample or spec sheet
• Damaged during transit (reported within 48 hours)

In such cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected items at our discretion, after inspection.

7. Intellectual property

All website content — including logos, text, designs, and photographs — is the property of UC Uniform and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Customer-supplied logos, artwork, and branding remain the property of the customer. By submitting them, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of liability

UC Uniform’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational loss.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to fabric shortages, courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
