03 / Safety Standards

Manufactured to International & UAE Workwear Standards

Every protection-tier garment is built against a documented standard — not a marketing claim. Certificates of conformity are provided per batch on request.

EN ISO 11612Flame & Heat

Protection against flame, contact heat, convective heat, radiant heat and molten metal splash.

EN ISO 11611Welding Protection

Coveralls for welding and allied processes — protection against small splashes of molten metal and brief flame contact.

EN ISO 20471Hi-Vis Class 3

High-visibility clothing — Class 3 is the highest level, suitable for high-risk roadside and construction work.

EN 1149-5Anti-Static / ESD

Electrostatic dissipation for environments where static could cause ignition (fuel handling, electronics, refineries).

EN 13034Chemical Splash

Type 6 protection against limited liquid chemical splash — for light-handling chemical environments.

OEKO-TEX®STANDARD 100

Independently tested for harmful substances — fabric & thread free from chemicals harmful to skin.

EN 14126Biohazard Barrier

Protection against infective agents — for biotech, lab and food-processing coveralls.

NFPA 2112US Flash-Fire Spec

US National Fire Protection Association standard for FR garments — compatible with global operator specs.

09 / Procurement FAQ

Industrial Coverall FAQs — UAE Buyers

Answers to the most common questions from HSE managers, procurement leads and contract operators across UAE industries.

Are your coveralls flame-retardant (FR) certified?
Yes. We manufacture FR coveralls aligned with EN ISO 11611 (welding & allied processes), EN ISO 11612 (flame & heat) and NFPA 2112 (US flash-fire) specifications. Our FR fabric retains its protective properties for 100+ industrial wash cycles. A certificate of conformity is provided per batch.
What is the MOQ for industrial coveralls?
  • Cotton / poly-cotton ready styles with embroidered logo: 25 pieces per design.
  • FR, ESD or hi-vis spec coveralls: 50 pieces per design.
  • Repeat fleet top-ups using stored specs: 10 pieces.
These MOQs are intentionally lower than typical UAE workwear suppliers — fleet operators shouldn't be forced into bulk overbuy.
Can you supply ADNOC / DPS-spec coveralls?
Yes — we regularly manufacture coveralls to ADNOC, ENOC and contractor-supplied operator specifications. This includes operator-approved colour codes, FR fabric (multi-norm where required), anti-static lining, reflective tape positions and embroidered company badges. Send us your spec book and we'll match it to fabric.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs in 14–21 working days from sample approval. Urgent orders fast-tracked to 7–10 days depending on quantity. Samples ready in 48–72 hours. For fleet operators we can hold sized stock for rapid issue to new hires.
What fabrics do you use for the UAE climate?
For UAE summer site conditions we recommend:
  • Cotton drill 220 GSM — breathable, ideal for garages and indoor workshops.
  • Poly-cotton 240 GSM — best balance of durability + breathability for construction.
  • Pyrovatex FR cotton 260 GSM — for welding & hot work without sacrificing comfort.
  • Hi-vis polyester 180 GSM — light weight for roadside and outdoor night shifts.
All fabric options come with mill test reports on request.
Can you apply hi-vis reflective tape and company branding?
Yes. EN 20471 compliant reflective tape is bonded in 25mm or 50mm widths on shoulder, chest, sleeve, leg-cuff and back positions. Branding options include front-chest embroidered logo, back-panel print (heat transfer or screen), individual name tape, badge-number embroidery and woven inside-neck labels. All bonded for 100+ industrial wash cycles.
Do you offer sizes for women workers?
Yes. We produce female-fit coveralls with tailored waist, hip and bust proportions while maintaining identical safety-spec compliance (FR, ESD, hi-vis) and badge placement as the male spec. Sizes from XS to 3XL.
What's the price range for industrial coveralls in UAE?
Pricing depends on fabric, certification & quantity:
  • Cotton workshop coverall: AED 65 – 95 per piece
  • Poly-cotton heavy-duty: AED 95 – 140 per piece
  • Hi-vis construction (EN 20471): AED 140 – 195 per piece
  • FR coverall (EN ISO 11611/12): AED 220 – 340 per piece
  • Multi-norm refinery coverall: AED 360 – 520 per piece
Branding (embroidery / print / reflective tape) typically adds AED 15 – 45 per piece. Volume tiers unlock further discounts.
Do you deliver to all UAE emirates & industrial sites?
Yes — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Free delivery to any industrial address on orders above 100 pieces. We deliver direct to JAFZA, KIZAD, ICAD, Mussafah, Hamriyah, RAK FTZ and ADNOC sites with proper site-entry documentation.
Can we get a sample with our company branding before bulk?
Yes — every project includes a free sample per design with your embroidered logo, name tape and reflective layout applied. Free revisions until your HSE / operations manager signs off. No bulk production starts without sample approval.
