Cutting, stitching, embroidery and reflective bonding all happen locally, with certificates of conformity issued per batch so an HSE file can be defended at audit rather than assembled after the fact.
How to choose the right coverall for a site
The decision starts with the hazard, not the budget. A garage mechanic needs breathability and pocket layout; a roadside crew needs EN 20471 Class 3 visibility; a welder needs EN ISO 11611 protection against molten splash; a refinery worker needs FR, anti-static and hi-vis in one garment. Buying one tier above the hazard wastes money and adds heat load in a 45°C summer; buying one tier below is a compliance failure waiting for an inspection. Map each crew to its actual exposure and you usually end up with two or three specs across a whole site rather than one compromise garment.
Fabric weight and the UAE climate
Fabric choice drives most of how a coverall performs here. Cotton drill at 220 GSM breathes well and suits indoor workshops. Poly-cotton at 240 GSM is the fleet workhorse — it resists wrinkling, survives industrial laundry and holds up on construction sites. Hi-vis polyester at 180 GSM stays light enough for outdoor night shifts. FR cotton at 260 GSM gives welding protection without the stiffness of heavier alternatives, and multi-norm FR at 280 GSM is where refinery specs land. Heavier is not automatically better: heat stress is a real hazard on a UAE site, and an over-specified garment gets unzipped and worn open, which defeats the protection entirely.
What the standards actually cover
EN ISO 11612 covers flame, contact heat, convective and radiant heat, and molten metal splash. EN ISO 11611 is specific to welding and allied processes. EN ISO 20471 defines high-visibility classes, with Class 3 the highest and the one most road and rail work requires. EN 1149-5 covers electrostatic dissipation for fuel handling, electronics and refinery zones. EN 13034 gives Type 6 protection against limited chemical splash. Each of these is a documented test result, not a description — which is why we issue the certificate with the batch.
Construction details that decide how long a coverall lasts
Two coveralls in the same fabric can have very different service lives. What separates them is the detail: a two-way brass zip with a storm flap so sparks and dust stay out, a bi-swing action back panel so a worker can reach overhead without the garment lifting at the waist, bar-tack reinforcement at pocket stress points, double-layer knee panels for floor trades, and adjustable cuffs and ankle hems that seal against swarf and water. These are the points that fail first, and reinforcing them is cheaper than replacing the garment.
Branding, sizing and fleet management
Branding has to survive the same laundry the fabric does. Embroidered chest and shoulder logos, back-panel prints applied by heat transfer or screen, individual name tapes and badge numbers for HSE accountability — all bonded for 100-plus industrial wash cycles. On sizing, we produce S to 4XL as standard with custom grading available, and female-fit coveralls with tailored waist, hip and bust proportions that keep identical FR, ESD and hi-vis compliance. Specs stay on file so a fleet top-up for new hires matches the existing issue.

Cotton and poly-cotton ready styles start at 25 pieces per design, FR/ESD/hi-vis specs at 50 pieces, and fleet top-ups from stored specs at 10 pieces. Samples are ready in 48–72 hours, standard production runs 14–21 working days from sample approval, and urgent orders can be compressed to 7–10 days.
