The workhorse of hotel housekeeping and kitchen wear. Wrinkle resistant, holds shape after industrial laundry, low shrinkage.
Heavier weave with a softer hand — used for front-office blazers, waistcoats and bellman coats where structure matters.

Bi-stretch wool-blend for executive and managerial uniforms. Drape, breathability and the boardroom-grade finish your GM wants.
Treated cotton that releases oil, wine and food stains in standard laundry — saves your F&B replacement budget.
Breathable linen-viscose for beach clubs, pool restaurants and resort settings — relaxed look without losing structure.
Buttery-soft, breathable, drapes beautifully. Used for spa kurtas, yoga sets and high-end wellness uniforms.

Quick answers to the most common questions from procurement, HR and pre-opening teams.
UC Uniform manufactures hospitality uniforms in-house for hotels, resorts and standalone venues across the UAE — front office, housekeeping, kitchen, F&B service, spa, security, engineering and banqueting. Cutting, stitching, embroidery and printing all happen under one roof, which is what makes it possible to hit a pre-opening deadline and still have a top-up order two years later match the original batch exactly.
A hotel uniform is judged twice: once by the guest walking through the lobby, and again by the laundry manager six months later. The first judgement is about cut, drape and colour accuracy. The second is about whether the fabric survived two hundred commercial wash cycles without going grey at the collar or shrinking a size. Getting both right means matching fabric weight to the role — structured twill for a front-office blazer that must hold its shape through a nine-hour standing shift, heavier poly-cotton for housekeeping that gets industrially laundered daily, breathable modal for a spa therapist working in a warm treatment room.
A property has eight or nine departments and each has a genuinely different requirement, yet a guest should read them all as one hotel. The way through is to keep the palette and trim constant while letting the cut and fabric change. A bellman needs a formal long coat with brass-tone detail; a kitchen porter needs ripstop that takes a beating; a banquet server needs something that photographs well under event lighting. Same colours, same logo treatment, entirely different garments.
For a five-star property, embroidery is the default — a 15,000-stitch logo in Pantone-matched thread reads as premium and stays colour-fast for years. Screen and DTF printing make sense for banqueting, events and aprons where the artwork is large or full-colour. The detail most suppliers get wrong is consistency across batches: we dye-match both the fabric and the thread to your corporate Pantone, then keep the digitised file and fabric spec on record for five years so a re-order does not arrive a shade off.
Pre-openings work differently from a standard order. Headcount changes weekly, the brand book arrives late, and the GM walk-through happens whether the uniforms are ready or not. The sequence that works: an early briefing with HR and the GM, department-by-department design approval, a single on-property mass measurement day, parallel production across departments rather than sequential, and hanger-ready delivery tagged by department so the handover takes an afternoon. Most pre-opening projects close in 14–21 days.
Ready styles carrying your logo start at 25 pieces per design, fully custom-tailored designs at 50 pieces, and repeat top-ups from stored specs at 10 pieces. Standard orders ship in 10–14 working days from artwork approval; urgent pre-opening jobs can be compressed to 5–7 days depending on quantity. Samples are typically ready within 48 hours of brief sign-off, and no bulk production starts until you have signed off on a physical sample with your logo on it.
We deliver to all seven emirates plus Al Ain — from Marina and Palm Jumeirah properties to the Abu Dhabi Corniche, Saadiyat and Yas, and out to Al Marjan and the Fujairah beach resorts. Delivery is free above 100 pieces, and on-site measurement is included at no extra cost above 50 pieces. New hires who join after the main delivery are re-measured within 48 hours of your request.
